Our technical team have developed a variety of booths to cater for individual needs with Alloy Wheel Painting in mind.
These booths are designed to to give the end user the option to use it as a wet spray or using powder coatings, ideal for someone starting out and aiming to paint or coat around 20 -25 wheels per day. AWS can uniquely design this to your specifications with a quick clean system allowing the user to change colours as quickly and efficiently as possible. The filters are easily changeable when contaminated with the spray material.
Water Backed Spray Booths are ideal for both Powder Coatings and Wet Spraying, designed for medium to high production applications. The water curtain catches the initial overspray leading to reduced contamination onto the wheels, this method has been proven to be very effective within the Alloy Wheel Repair Industry
We can fully design and install an Alloy Wheel Preparation Room, the extraction can be tailored to the size of the room required. Our preparation rooms can also house our Vapour Blasting equipment, preparation bays and all sanding equipment allowing filtered air to return to keep the air quality as high as possible giving better results due to reduced possible contamination.
All our booths comply with the latest legal Health and Safety requirements in accordance with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health.
AWS can design and install Chemical Stripping plants dependent on the type of Stripping Chemical used, we can manufacture the Stripping Tanks accordingly in either Stainless Steel or Plastic Tanks.
Low volume users tend to start with a cold strip which can strip around 4 to 10 wheels at a time or large well established Alloy Wheel Repair Businesses can choose to use Benzyl Alcohol or related Chemicals usually requiring heat to increase the efficacy of the Stripping Chemical.
